This is an automatic direct appeal from three sentences of death imposed upon Appellant following his convictions on four counts of Murder in the First Degree , two counts of Possession of Instrument of Crime and one count of Burglary. Following a penalty hearing, the jury returned verdicts of death on three of the murder counts and a sentence of life imprisonment on the fourth murder count. Post-trial motions were filed and argued. The trial court ultimately denied those motions. Appellant was then formally sentenced to the three sentences of death, one life sentence, a concurrent ten (10) to twenty (20) years on the burglary charge and one to five years, also concurrent, on the possession of instruments of crime charge. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the convictions and the judgments of sentence.
